Las Vegas has quickly become one of my favorite places to visit, and after going twice—once for my 21st birthday and again the following year—I can definitely say I’d go back again in a heartbeat.

I first visited in February 2023 to celebrate my 21st birthday with my family. It was such a fun and surreal experience being in a city that feels like it’s running 24/7. The energy in Vegas is unmatched—bright lights, music around every corner, themed hotels that transport you to different worlds, and of course, incredible food and entertainment. We spent a lot of time just walking the Strip, checking out everything from the Bellagio fountains to the massive casinos, and soaking in all the over-the-top sights. One of the most memorable parts of that trip was visiting Zak Bagans’ Haunted Museum. I am a long-time fan of Ghost Adventures; It was creepy, fascinatin

g, and unique—not something I’d find just anywhere.

The second time I went was in July 2024, this time with a close friend, and it was a completely different vibe but just as fun. The summer heat was intense, but we balanced it with lots of indoor exploring and late-night walks. Each trip reminded me how much there is to see and do in Vegas beyond the typical tourist attractions. Whether it’s wandering through themed hotels, grabbing a bite at a random food spot that ends up being amazing, or just people-watching on Fremont Street, there’s never a dull moment. It’s a city that constantly surprises you.

I’m already thinking about my next trip. Vegas has this way of pulling you back in—there’s always more to explore, and I know I’ve only scratched the surface.
